Why rent instead of buy?

For most exhibitors hitting one or two shows a year, a custom build doesn't pay back. Rental exhibits give you the same on-floor presence at 30–50% of the cost, without the storage fees, refurb cycles, or shipping headaches between shows. We handle every step. You walk into a finished booth.

Rentals make particular sense if you're:

Yes, rentals can look custom

The biggest myth about rental exhibits is that they all look the same. They don't. The hardware is modular (so it can be reused), but the skin is fully custom: your panels, your fabrics, your lighting design, your furniture. The result is a booth that reads 100% bespoke for a fraction of a true custom build's cost.

Most of the rentals we deliver get mistaken for custom builds. The difference shows up on your invoice, not on the show floor.

Our process

Week 1: Brief and concept

You share the show, audience, goals, and any brand guidelines. We propose a layout, two concept directions, and a transparent quote within one business day.

Weeks 2–3: Design lock

3D renders, materials samples, graphic proofs. One round of revisions included. We sign off together on the final design.

Weeks 4–6: Production

Graphics print and finish. Modular hardware is allocated and pre-built in our shop. We ship 2 weeks before show date.

Show week: install, run, dismantle

Our team (or a trusted partner crew in your city) installs the booth before you arrive. We're on call during the show. Dismantle happens within hours of show close.

Lead times

The faster you book, the more design freedom you get:

  • 8+ weeks out: every option on the table, full custom-look treatment
  • 4–6 weeks out: most options available, slight constraints on bespoke graphic finishes
  • 2–4 weeks out: rush production, off-the-shelf hardware with branded graphics
  • Less than 2 weeks: possible for standard sizes, premium rush fees apply

For peak shows (CES, Mobile World Congress, Salone del Mobile), book at least 12 weeks out. Production capacity tightens as venue dates approach.

Rental FAQs

Can I rebrand the same rental for a different show?

Yes. We swap out graphic panels between shows for a fraction of the original cost. The hardware shell stays the same, the brand changes. Common pattern for exhibitors hitting 2–3 shows in a year on different campaigns.

What happens if I damage something on-site?

Standard wear and tear is covered. Material damage (panels, electronics) is invoiced at replacement cost (usually a few hundred dollars at worst). We carry insurance on the hardware itself.

Do you rent in Europe directly, or do you ship from North America?

Both. We have warehouses and partner shops in Europe so for shows like Mobile World Congress, Frankfurt Messe, or Salone del Mobile, we source locally. No transatlantic freight, no customs delays.
