Modular Exhibits. One Investment, Endless Configurations.

Reconfigurable modular exhibit systems for multi-show ROI. Lightweight, shippable, and customizable. Scale from 10×10 inline to 20×20 island and back, show after show.

What is a modular exhibit?

A modular exhibit is a system of standardized hardware components, frames, panels, connectors, accessories, engineered to assemble into multiple booth configurations. The same kit that builds your 10×10 inline booth in March can become a 20×20 island in October.

You own the system outright. Between shows, components store flat and ship cheap. Graphics swap out as messaging evolves. The shell stays the same; the booth looks different every time.

Configurations

A typical modular kit covers four standard footprints, plus several creative variants:

10 × 10 Inline

Single-side configuration. Backwall + counter + branded panels. Light to ship.

10 × 20 Inline

Extended backwall, demo zone, optional meeting nook. Adds reach without doubling spend.

20 × 20 Island

Open four-sided. Elevated header, multiple demo stations, central hospitality. Flagship-ready.

Custom Hybrid

Multi-story, irregular footprints, attached pre-fab elements. Modular bones, custom skin.

Why modular pays back over 3+ shows

Modular hits a sweet spot between custom and rental: lower upfront than custom, lower recurring than rental. Here's the math at typical ranges:

  • Year 1: $35K initial kit + $5K shipping + storage = $40K all-in
  • Year 2: $5K graphics refresh + $5K shipping + storage = $10K
  • Year 3: $3K refurb + $5K shipping + storage = $8K
  • 3-year total: ~$58K for the same booth at three shows

Compare that to renting the equivalent at $15K per show ($45K total) plus the loss of brand consistency across shows, modular wins on cost and on showing up the same way every time.

Shipping and storage advantages

Modular components are designed to ship flat in standardized cases. A full 20×20 island typically fits in 4–6 cases, each manageable by one person. Compare that to custom builds that often need full pallets of bulky crates and dedicated freight.

Lower shipping weight, lower drayage at the show, lower storage fees between shows. The savings compound across your show calendar.

Upgrades and scaling

The other quiet advantage: modular grows with you. Add new components year by year as your show presence expands:

  • Year 1: 10×10 inline kit ($25K)
  • Year 2: Add 10×20 expansion components ($15K)
  • Year 3: Add island-conversion kit + tower header ($25K), now you have a 20×20 flagship

You stagger the spend, the booth always looks current, and you never throw away last year's investment.

Modular FAQs

Can a modular kit look like a custom booth?

Yes, and most do. The difference between a "rental that looks rental" and a "modular that looks custom" is the skin: custom-printed graphics, premium fabric, integrated lighting, custom counters and furniture. The hardware is invisible behind the brand.

How long does a modular system last?

Hardware life is typically 5–7 years with normal use. Graphics refresh every 1–2 shows. We service every system we sell, including replacement parts.

Can I take a modular booth international?

Yes, modular systems are designed for travel. ATA Carnets are simpler than for one-off custom builds because the system is registered as a single asset.
