Why rentals are usually the smart first move

If you're new to a show, exhibiting once a year, or testing a new product, rent first. Spending six figures on a custom build before you know how the show converts for you is a common mistake, we steer clients away from it.

What "affordable" actually means in trade shows

What's the actual cheapest way to exhibit professionally?

A 10×10 turnkey rental, usually $5,000–$8,000 all-in including design, graphics, install, and dismantle. We don't recommend going below this; the savings aren't real once you factor in the time cost of self-assembly.

How do I know if rental or modular is better for me?

Rule of thumb: 1–2 shows per year, rent. 3+ shows per year, owned modular pays back. 5+ shows or flagship show presence required, custom owned. Our team will run the math with you on the first call.

Do you do payment plans?

For projects $30K and up, yes, typical structure is 50% on design lock, 25% on production start, 25% on delivery. We can structure this around your budget cycles.
