How much does a custom trade show booth cost?

Custom trade show booths typically range from $15,000 for a 10×10 to $150,000+ for a custom island build. We provide transparent quotes within one business day based on your size, materials, and show city. No agency markup, no surprise drayage line items.

How much does it cost to rent a trade show booth?

Rental booths typically cost 30–50% of a custom build. A 10×10 rental ranges from $5,000–$10,000 including design, install, and dismantle. A 20×20 island rental ranges from $20,000–$40,000.

What's the difference between custom, rental, and modular exhibits?

Custom exhibits are built specifically for your brand and you own them. Rentals are pre-built systems customized with your graphics: lower upfront cost, no storage. Modular exhibits are systems you own that reconfigure across multiple shows for long-term ROI.

How far in advance should I book my exhibit?

For custom builds, book 12–16 weeks before show date. For rentals, 6–8 weeks is standard, though we can accommodate shorter timelines with rush production. Reach out earlier if you're targeting a peak show like CES, Mobile World Congress, or Salone del Mobile.

Do you handle shipping, install, and dismantle?

Yes, turn-key. Our team manages crating, shipping, on-site I&D (install & dismantle), and show services. You arrive, your booth is built, you exhibit, you leave. We handle the rest.

Do you ship to Europe and Canada?

Yes. We service trade shows across North America and Europe: Las Vegas, Orlando, Toronto, New York, Frankfurt, Barcelona, London, Milan, and Paris. International shipping, customs, and on-site logistics all handled in-house.

What's drayage and is it included?

Drayage is the fee charged by the show venue to move your crates from the loading dock to your booth space. It's billed by weight and handled by the show's official services contractor. We estimate it transparently in your quote, with no surprise line items at show close.

Can I reuse a booth across multiple shows?

Yes. Custom and modular booths are designed for multi-show ROI. Graphics swap, layouts reconfigure (10×10 → 20×20 → island), and we manage between-show storage. Most clients break even on a custom build by their third show.
