You own the booth outright. Over 3+ shows, custom typically costs less than rental because you stop paying recurring fees. Between shows we store the assets in our climate-controlled facility, refurb graphics for the next show, and ship to wherever you're activating next.

Our fabrication process

Discovery and strategy

We start with a brief: brand audit, audience, show goals, key product moments, and how attendees should experience the booth. We map traffic flow, demo stations, photo ops, hospitality, and meeting space.

Concept and design

Two concept directions in 3D rendering. Materials samples physically delivered. One round of revisions included. We pressure-test against the show floor plan, neighboring booths, ceiling height, and lighting rig before locking the design.

Engineering and shop drawings

Every panel, every weld point, every bolt detailed in production-ready CAD. Show-floor permits, fire ratings, and structural certifications handled.

In-house fabrication

Superior millwork and metalwork built in our shop. Custom finishing, paint, and graphics applied here, not subcontracted. Quality control happens daily, not at the end.

Crating, shipping, install

Custom-fit crates protect the build between shows. Manifested freight, customs handled for international, on-site I&D by our team.

Storage and refurb

Between shows we store and refurb. Damaged graphics are reprinted, scuffed finishes refinished, hardware inspected.

Quotes are line-item transparent: design hours, materials, fabrication, finishing, graphics, freight, install. Every dollar accounted for. No "agency overhead" line item, no surprise drayage padding.

Lead times

For custom builds, plan on:

  • 12–16 weeks standard, full design freedom, multiple concept rounds, premium materials
  • 8–12 weeks compressed, works for proven design directions, fewer revision rounds
  • 6–8 weeks rush, possible for smaller footprints with locked-early decisions, premium fees

For peak shows we recommend booking 6+ months out. CES kit-building, for example, starts in October for January show dates.

Can a custom booth reconfigure for different show sizes?

Yes, we engineer modularity into the design. A 20×20 island can scale down to 10×20 or 10×10 by removing zones. This is one of the biggest ROI levers for clients with multi-show calendars.

How long does a custom booth last?

Structural elements last 5+ years with proper storage and refurb. Graphics typically refresh every 1–2 shows as messaging evolves. We service everything we build.

Do you handle international shows?

Yes. We've delivered custom builds to Frankfurt, Barcelona, Milan, London, and Paris. Customs paperwork, ATA Carnets, EU electrical certifications all handled in-house.
